1/2 correct. I am a huge fan of Jay Chou and I really want to go
for his concert.
Why A16? Nearer to Jay, and the seats are quite comfortable. It's
also higher, meaning there are less heads blocking.
Unlike those at PA1/2 and PB1/2, there's only temporary chairs.
It's quite dangerous, people will be stepping all over your legs,
and private space is very little. I believe most people will stand
up, thus blocking my view.
